It’s no joke: Pho King Good noodle shop to open

To say that Ting Cai Zhou has stumbled on an attention-getting name for his soon-to-open restaurant is no joke. While he swears that Pho King Good, a Vietnamese noodle restaurant, stands for a restaurant that makes good noodles, others might check it out just for the name.

How he got it past the censors is anyone’s guess, but according to an article in the Wisconsin State Journal, Ting plans to open Pho King Good within two months at 600 Williamson St., in Gateway Mall. That’s the same space where the 35-year-old Chinese noodle restaurant Wah Kee was located until July, when its owner retired.
