Independent Living, Inc. selects building partners

Independent Living, Inc. will build a new retirement community, Northside Prairie Senior Living Community, on eight acres on Tennyson Lane between Sherman and Packers avenues in Madison. Engberg Anderson and CG Schmidt have been chosen as partners on the project, which will include between 250 and 300 senior living apartments, assisted living, and memory care units. The project will be constructed in phases over the next five years.
