In Deerfield, TIF approved for Truckstar

The village of Deerfield will provide $575,000 in tax-incremental financing to allow Truckstar Collision Center to expand its facility, according to a report in the Cambridge News & Deerfield Independent.

Truckstar President Stephanie Schwartz was hoping for $375,000 as an up-front grant and $195,000 as part of a pay-go TIF.
