Icons in Business: Giacomo Fallucca, Palermo’s Pizza

Giacomo Fallucca, president and CEO of Palermo’s Pizza, talked about some of the lessons learned leading Palermo’s Pizza and why he believes Palermo’s is as much in the people business as the pizza business during his Icons in Business presentation on Sept. 3 at the Madison Concourse Hotel. The family-owned business, founded in 1964 when his parents opened a bakery in Milwaukee’s Third Ward, evolved into an award-winning restaurant and expanded into the nationally recognized frozen pizza manufacturer we know today.
