IA announces ribbon-cutting ceremony, networking event for opening of The Commerce Building 

Investors Associated (IA) announced in a recent press release the grand opening of The Commerce Building, a 40,000-square-foot flexible office and warehouse space located at 2104 City View Drive in Madison.  

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on May 4 at 1 p.m. The event will include speakers Patrick Carroll, president and general counsel at IA, and Nick Baxter, ambassador of the Madison Chamber of Commerce. The ceremony will be followed by a networking event starting at 2 p.m. 

The Commerce Building is IA’s third development project since 2017 and its first industrial development, and it represents IA’s response to the growing demand for quality industrial spaces in the Madison area.
