Hotel proposed for Rimrock-Beltline

Middleton-based North Central Group is proposing an extended stay hotel across from the Alliant Energy Center and next to the Department of Revenue building on Rimrock Road.

If approved, a Home2 Suites by Hilton would replace several small buildings at the location and offer between 140 and 150 rooms, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

The North Central Group recently completed the AC Hotel Madison Downtown and is nearing completion on a Tru Hotel on Watts Road on the city’s west side.
