Ho-Chunk Madison goes smoke free

Ho-Chunk Gaming – Madison became the first casino in the state to offer a 100% smoke-free gaming facility effective August 1. The Ho-Chunk are the first of 11 gaming tribes in Wisconsin to make the smoke-free move.

According to a release, Ho-Chunk Gaming — Madison opted to go smoke free to eliminate indoor environmental pollutants, such as tobacco smoke, to manage and improve indoor air quality. The casino will no longer allow guests to smoke indoors; however, a separate smoking area will be provided in an adjacent, separate structure outside of the existing building.
