Good News Lutheran Church celebrates project completion
Good News Lutheran Church in Mount Horeb celebrated the completion of its church building project with a ribbon cutting on Feb. 21 in partnership with general contractor NCI-Roberts Construction and the Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce.
NCI-Roberts Construction built a 9,500-square-foot church with worship space for 200-plus parishioners, a music and choir area, a central gathering area, a serving kitchen, a library, offices, and classrooms. The site on the west edge of the growing village includes ample parking, as well as room for future expansion.
Architecture and engineering partners were Groth Design Group and Mount Horeb-based Wyser Engineering. The Pepper Drive property is the church’s first permanent location.
