gener8tor launches Skills Accelerator program for job seekers 

Global venture firm and startup accelerator gener8tor, in partnership with the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin, will kick off the first gener8tor Skills Accelerator South Central Wisconsin cohort on Aug. 28 and is accepting applications until Aug. 20.

The program will focus on rapidly skilling job seekers in the region who are looking to learn customer service and sales skills and receive job placement assistance. The gener8tor Skills Accelerator is a free, virtual career training program for people looking for jobs at in-demand roles in their communities or working remotely for companies across the country.

At the end of the gener8tor Skills Accelerator, participants will earn professional certificates from LinkedIn Learning and Microsoft Learn, continuing their career growth through gener8tor job placement services and ongoing alumni support channels. Individuals interested in applying to the program can do so online.
