Fire in Sun Prairie Business Park does no property damage

A brush fire caused by welding embers was quickly extinguished by firefighters Monday afternoon without damage caused to individuals or property, according to an article from the Sun Prairie Star.

The fire began outside of a large commercial building in the 1700 block of Columbus Street in Sun Prairie. Fire crews were able to get the fire under control within 22 minutes of the initial call, but not before a 10-acre area was burned.
