Exact Sciences completes stock sale

Madison-based Exact Sciences Corp. completed a secondary stock offering that will result in net proceeds of $137.7 million. The company sold 11.5 million shares of stock, including an additional 1.5 million optional shares sold through an underwriters’ option to purchase.
