Encompass Health breaks ground on Fitchburg facility

Birmingham, Alabama-based Encompass Health has broken ground on the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital at 5535 Nobel Drive in Fitchburg, according to a release from the organization. The facility will provide rehabilitative services for patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions and is expected to open in fall 2023.
