E. Wilson Street rezoning approved

Despite opposition from Ald. Mike Verveer and others, the City Council voted 17-2 to approve a rezoning of 149 E. Wilson St., which allows a McGrath Property Group plan for a 14-story apartment tower on the site to move forward.
