Diversity Pipeline

Local construction management and general contracting firm CG Schmidt held its first ever “Diversity Pipeline Engagement Session” in Madison on Thursday, Jan. 31 at the Urban League of Greater Madison. The session gave attendees the opportunity to learn more about CG Schmidt’s self-directed Diversity Program, aimed at increasing Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation in significant construction projects and enhancing the local economy. Attendees met with CG Schmidt project management team members, learned about upcoming construction projects and how they can participate, and started CG Schmidt’s prequalification process.
