Disability Pride Madison Festival returns for 10th annual celebration

The Disability Pride Madison Festival, which features music, dancers, and over 80 community organizations, will return this Saturday to Warner Park at 2930 N. Sherman Ave., according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The event will run from noon–5 p.m.

Festival highlights include food carts like Holy Cow’s, which from noon–2 p.m. will operate on a pay-what-you-can model. Also included will be in-person programming from this week’s city Disability Summit — a hybrid event in which the city hears community input regarding improved access for people with disabilities to city services and public accommodations.

Admission is free. For additional information, visit the festival website.
