Developer launches website for downtown project

Chicago-based Core Spaces has launched a new website along with its submission of the application for the oLiv Madison, a mixed-use proposal located at W. Gorham Street and State Street, according to the company. Along with social media channels, the site aims to alert local community members about this new redevelopment, which will provide approximately 110 beds reserved for students from low to moderate-income households, attainable retail space, and an entrepreneurial incubator program. The mixed-use project is a partnership with Collective & Co., an entrepreneurial incubator program to provide aspiring business owners with workshops and networking opportunities. A portion of the retail space in the building will be made available to locally owned, small-shop retailers at below-market rents to help support small businesses.
