Destination Experiences

Members of Greater Madison’s travel and tourism industry enjoyed a fun-filled Destination Experiences workshop at Madison Circus Space Tuesday, Dec. 5. This workshop, offered by the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau, was highlighted by guest speaker Joe Veneto, aka “The Opportunity Guy,” who stressed to attendees how creating engaging and immersive customer experiences leaves customers remembering, recounting, referring, and returning and, in turn, making them your best brand ambassadors.
