Dane County home sales still rising
Home and condo sales in Dane County continued their upward trend in September, increasing 24% over September 2012, according to the South Central Wisconsin MLS. September was the 27th straight month of year-over-year sales increases in Dane County. The median sale price also rose 6% year-over-year, to $215,000.
