Cultivating the Community

The YMCA of Dane County’s annual Cultivate the Community luncheon held May 19 was an occasion to celebrate community and thank the hundreds of volunteers, donors, and sponsors whose time and resources help the Y serve 45,000 people throughout Dane County. In addition to sharing the Y’s community contribution over the past year and providing a glimpse into the near future of service, volunteer of the year and community partner honorees for 2015 were recognized. Proceeds from the event help support the Annual Campaign, which enables the YMCA to provide opportunities for those in need and for all to be a part of the Y COMMUNITY.
