Council approves Hilldale high-rise

The City Council, on a unanimous voice vote, agreed to rezone land at 617 N. Segoe Road to make way for developer Jim Stopple’s 12-story apartment building. The new complex, offering 115 units and four floors of underground parking, will be situated behind Hilldale Mall next to the existing Weston Place Condominium high-rise and will replace a two-story commercial building.
