Concerts on the Square begins June 29

Concerts on the Square will return on Wednesday, June 29, with a performance by the vocal quartet Spectrum. The free performance will start at 7 p.m. at the King Street corner of Capitol Square in Madison.

Spectrum draws upon the talent of four radiant voices to form a first-class vocal quartet. The group has developed the versatility to cover music ranging from the Temptations to Bruno Mars. Having recently joined the ranks of Las Vegas legends, they were awarded the 59th Star on the Las Vegas Walk of Fame, and they recently were selected to receive the Vegas Entertainment Consumer’s Living Legends Award for Excellence in Entertainment.

No COVID-19 restrictions are in place for the June 29 concert, but anyone with COVID symptoms or who is feeling sick should remain home to keep everyone safe.

The rain date is Thursday, June 30. If inclement weather seems likely on June 29, organizers will make the call to postpone the concert no later than 3 p.m. Wednesday.
