Central Library Gala

Approximately 665 guests celebrated the opening of Central Library, Madison’s new flagship library, at Foreword: A Grand Opening Gala on Saturday, Sept. 7. The event raised funds for the Madison Public Library Foundation’s Learning for a Lifetime capital campaign for Central Library. Pulitzer Prize-winning writer David Maraniss was a special guest and made remarks during the program portion of the evening.
