Building effective teams

Close to 100 people turned out for the third presentation in this year’s IB Seminar Series on strategies for effective leadership. Dr. Patrick Jackson, program director for Leadership and Management in the UW–Madison Continuing Studies Department, led attendees through a discussion on strategies to facilitate team building within organizations and cultivate a results-driven collaborative environment.
