Approaching Small Business Week, WalletHub survey gauges helpful, harmful factors  

A new survey from WalletHub found that nearly two in five small business owners say Small Business Week, which starts this Sunday, helps their business. The survey also addressed factors that were perceived to harm their business.  

Key findings included 63% of small business owners saying their business has been hurt by high interest rates, with 75% saying inflation has made running their business more difficult. 

Nearly two in five small business owners say low taxes are the most important factor for small business success; over half of small business owners say the Federal Reserve is anti-business.   

Interestingly, 56% say now is a good time for small business to grow.
