Apartments proposed for Brennan’s site

Realm Real Estate Development LLC is proposing a four-story, 48,000 square foot mixed-use apartment building for the site formerly occupied by Brennan’s Market at 5533 University Ave.

If approved, the building would include 52 apartments and 8,100 square feet of commercial space on the ground level, and could break ground in June 2018 and be completed a year later, according to The Capital Times.
