40 Under 40 Application

Please fill out the following survey to be considered for IB's 40 under 40 (40 professionals under the age of 40).  Our editorial team evaluates submissions once a year and looks forward to your submission!

Applications should be completed and submitted by the individual applying. If you have a good candidate in mind for the 40 under 40, please forward them this online application form. IB must have a completed application form to consider a candidate. Third party nominations are not accepted.

2019 application deadline: Friday, November 16, 2018. Applications received after that date will be kept on file for consideration the following year.

Applicants must be under the age of 40 on 3/1/19 to be eligible.

Education: For all undergraduate and graduate degrees, include the institution, degree, year graduated and major.
