Rains cause $154M+ in damage
Historic rainfalls between Aug. 17 and Sept. 3 have caused over $154 million in damage in Dane County thus far, according to Dane County Emergency Management estimates.
Nearly 1,500 households were damaged, including five homes lost, resulting in an estimated $78.3 million in damage costs, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
