Home sales up in Dane County
The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports existing home sales statewide ticking up in February compared to February 2018.
In Dane County, sales increased 8.7 percent, while inventory fell 6.9 percent. Not surprisingly, the median home price in Dane County has been driven upward, from $269,900 to $279,955 year to year in February.
