TASC is first tenant in former Oscar Mayer plant
Total Administrative Services Corp. (TASC) has taken advantage of vacant Oscar Mayer offices nearby to solve a space crunch.
According to a Wisconsin State Journal article, the Madison-based benefits administration company signed a one-year lease on 13,000 square feet of space on the building’s second floor and has relocated staff members who had already been displaced when the office building they were in was sold. Luckily for TASC, the Oscar Mayer building was not only available, it is located just down the street from TASC headquarters on International Lane.
Reich Brothers Holdings and Rabin Worldwide purchased the plant last fall after Kraft Foods shut down the Madison operation. Reich Brothers is managing the building, including the 280,000 square feet of office space, and hoping to lure more tenants.
