After the crash, will there be joy for Tots?

What appeared to be the demise of a popular food cart is turning out to be a case of consumer-aided resurrection. According to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal, Rob Kratochwill, the owner of the Pots-n-Tots food cart, has heard from customers and fans who have encouraged him to rebuild the cart that was destroyed in a Beltline accident.

After the crash, Kratochwill announced the cart would close, but his despondent feelings have waned after hearing from customers who want him to rebuild and others who offered to buy the business.

The cart will need to be rebuilt!
To many problems could occur if cart get back on the road. So I'm going to take a step back and reassemble a similar upgraded pots-n-tots. It will be bigger then before so it will be private bookings only not a downtown thing anymore. To expensive to be there anyway. My Hope's is to have this whole thing rebuild and new concept fused into the obvious tater tot icon I've created. Better sandwiches will be added to menu. I plan to build a 20 foot trailer but this will take some time. Opening 3 business in the mall was a vital mistake on my end which left me at a loss financially. So I have to start all over... anything is possible with culinary guru at work lol
