Two Points Crossing apartment plan before city
A proposed 339-unit apartment complex for Madison’s far west side is now going through the city’s review process, according to an article in The Capital Times.
Developer Paul Molinaro of Two Points Crossing LLC has presented preliminary information to the Urban Design Commission. He would build a seven-building complex that will redevelop an existing single-family home at 7231 Mineral Point Road and a shed at 9317 Mineral Point Road near Blackhawk Church. To accommodate the development, Molinaro is asking the city to rezone those properties and land at 201 South Point Road and 9450 Silicon Prairie Parkway.
The nine-acre development would contain 12,500 square feet of commercial space and a residential mix of approximately 11 percent studio, 20 percent one-bedroom, and 30 percent two-bedroom units. It would also include 327 underground parking stalls and 235 spaces for surface parking.
