Sub-Zero gets TIF for expansion

The Fitchburg Common Council approved $5.5 million in taxpayer assistance for construction of a new Sub-Zero facility on Seminole Drive that is expected to add 100 new jobs. The Sub-Zero Group plans to build a $60 million, 375,000-square-foot building for research and development, testing, manufacturing, and office space, according to an article from the Fitchburg Star. Targeted completion date: Dec. 31, 2021.
