How to overcome a naked fear of public speaking

You’ve agreed to do a presentation, and suddenly you understand why an estimated 75% of all people experience some degree of anxiety or nervousness when public speaking. It somehow feels like parading around naked, and you’re worried that someone in the audience will notice that you, in fact, are wearing no clothes.

Legalizing pot: Medicinal for what ails Wisconsin’s stupidity?

While in Denver last summer, my grandson and I stepped into an elevator with Snoop Dogg’s uncle, an older gent sporting a very large gold medallion — a “band thing.” Snoop Dogg (Lion) was performing in a nearby venue that weekend, and the group was staying at our hotel. My grandson was suitably impressed, though he later remarked that the man “smelled funny.” I inwardly chuckled; Patrick, 12, apparently had never before smelled marijuana.
