Scam alert: Be suspicious of customers who want to overpay for orders

Every day, as I read through my Crimedex Alerts, I am constantly amazed by how many scams involve fake checks. Get Fit Challenge tests marathoner’s mettle

When The Employer Group’s owner sent out an email asking for volunteers for the IB Get Fit Challenge, I knew it was right up my alley. One Get Fit challenger’s 15 most eye-opening experiences

Well, here we are with less than two months to go in the Get Fit Challenge, and I can safely say it’s been quite an adventure. When I started the challenge, I was rather sedentary (outside of chasing two kids) and was definitely not very health conscious when it came to my diet (what do you mean pizza isn’t healthy?).
