with David Blaska

I am so-o-o ready for Hillary!

The district attorney is announcing his decision in the Tony Robinson case on May 12. Will Menards and Home Depot have enough plywood?

I found myself debating a Hillary Clinton apologist one morning on Wisconsin Public Radio, hosted by the lovely Joy Cardin. Christine Bremer-Muggli of Wausau is a founder of the “Ready for Hillary Political Action Committee.”

Right off, she teed one up for me by saying, “As someone who believes we have to turn this country around, I believe Hillary Clinton’s presidency will be very important in getting us back on track.” (Podcast here.)

I agreed with my debate adversary. After almost seven years of Barack Obama, the U.S. really does need to get turned around and back on track. But whether Obama’s secretary of state and loyal Senate colleague is the one to do that is an open question — among Democrats.

Is anyone aside from Bremer-Muggli truly excited about a Hillary candidacy? (Well, Paul Fanlund. But Mary Burke gave him goose bumps.) Haven’t we seen Hillary: The Movie before? (In fact, McCain-Feingold would have banned that movie [source here] which is why Hillary wants to geld the First Amendment.)

I suggested that the Democrat(ic) Party was riven by a battle for its very soul, as exemplified by the challenge from Bernie Sanders. Scott Walker, I suggested, won’t be afraid to call the Vermont senator a socialist. With that, I hit a nice, fresh nerve.

“McCarthyism, here we come!” Ms. B-M shrieked.

An odd, if telling, reaction. Pavlovian, actually. Did your humble squire traduce the Vermonter’s good name? Not according to Bernie’s loyal advance man, Comrade John Nichols. “Sanders is, arguably, America’s best-known democratic socialist … in the tradition carried on by Eugene Debs, Mother Jones, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and thousands more,” Nichols boasts. (Read it and weep.)

Despite getting the hives over the S word, Ms. Ready for Hillary understands the need to placate the Left. From the audiotape: “I have friends very much in favor of Bernie Sanders … and Elizabeth Warren. I think when you look at Hillary’s positions, there is no room between her positions and Elizabeth Warren’s positions — they are the same. … Both are looking to crack down on Wall Street. … People do support Bernie Sanders and that’s great and people do support Elizabeth Warren and when they look at the policies of Hillary they’ll find a good place to support Hillary.”

Nice plywood crack. One young man is dead, one police officer is likely done with his career. Hilarious.

One young man is dead because he ate mushrooms provided by his Hippie Grandmother, went berserk and then attacked a cop. The cop did his job period. If that plywood is needed, and it very well might be thanks to the Soros funded anarchists, Mad town will truly live up to it's name at last.

My guess is there will be little more than posturing. The gang bangers don't care and thus there is no critical mass of rioters in Mad Town.
Kind of reminiscent of the aged hippies trying to demonstrate against the Gulf War.
"Dude, where are the rest of us?"

Plywood. Lol. And true!

Madisonexpat nails it - the critical mass of blackness is lacking in Madison for some true Ferguson/Baltimore-style community organizing. They also lack the actual organizational skills of Soggy, et al. as they set out to save the world by stopping a few Dow campus interviews back in the day.

I'm not so worried about the ""dozens"" [a generous tally] that showed up to honor our young and gifted 'shroom-gobbler. See here:

That being said, it would behoove all of you that value your lives and property to load your "Saturday before Thanksgiving" rifle, as well as any other gun you own, just in case.

Regardless of what happens (I think think we all know what will happen) I am eagerly awaiting Madison to community organize against the conditions that the same community creates. A community that necessitates a constant police presence because it is incapable of acting socially and not shooting, stealing, raping, beating or maiming each other. The Journal Sentinel has been pure comedy the past few days:

Average Friday night blood-letting:

Child in car seat (in a car at 3AM) injured by flying glass from bullets; some other throwaway person hit in leg:

Hoodies show up for a craigslist transaction-gone-wrong:

And on and on and on.

Be safe Madison! Lock and load.

Blaska was up against someone a lot smart (and more polite) and all he can do is insult her on the radio and on his blog. Pretty big of you, Davey. Based on his take on Clinton, Burke and Christine, I posit that davey is intimidated by smart, successful women.

Bernie, Hillary and Shirley are just a couple of dried up old socialists. Thanks to alternative media and 6 years of Obama mismanagement, the country is slowly waking up to the idiocy of socialism and democrats. Madistan might catch on someday, but I wouldn't bet on it. The jails are going to fill up with young black men who want to kill whitey and get their free stuff. Sheriff Baloney better get his new jail built soon or he'll have to keep a few inmates at his house.

What's your point, Blaska? 50-100 years we'll all be dead and what you say or think now won't matter one bit. Do something positive for the community and perhaps you'll be remembered.

Over 6,000 Young, black males were killed by other young black males last year. The same will happen this year. It will happen in similar statistical models in San Francisco, Charlotte, DC, Ferguson, NYC, Baltimore and so on.
What they have in common, besides melanin is the same pathologies; bad or absent parenting, terrible education, addictions, (sorry, self medicating), an inability to make good decisions, no direction and useless blame casting.
Kareem Caire et al can spot the doomed ones a mile away. How many other young black men take advantage of the many programs to divert, graduate and assemble a ggod life?
Some do. I had a few of them visit my home for a weekend. They're US Marines.
They are different.
