with David Blaska

If big government has failed, would even more government succeed?

Conservatives are gleefully rubbing their hands over the delicious sight of Bernie Sanders getting live-mic’d off the podium by Black Lives Matter in uber-liberal Portland, Ore. One group of demagogues out-demagoguing another demagogue.

As a result, Hillary the Inevitable is meeting with Black Lives Matter to forestall such an embarrassment; Democrats, after all, are supposed to own the black vote, even though Republicans are the ones hauling down the confederate flags that Democrats erected in the first place.

“Sandra Fluke is a great choice for this honor,” President Obama said in a statement released by the White House. “Sandra embodies all of the qualities I value in a modern American woman. She is smart, well-educated, self-absorbed and completely dependent on the federal government.” — Tim Donovan

Donald Trump calls Sanders “weak” for backing down, which makes one wonder what Trump would have done. (“I would never give up my microphone. I thought that was disgusting.”)

Got to think each of the candidates’ handlers — does Jim Gilmore even have one? — are reviewing contingency plans. Of course, many candidates hold their events in hermetically sealed venues, ticketed admissions only, because liberals love to shout down conservatives. Wisconsin’s blue-fisters were even willing to disrupt the Special Olympics. When your ideas can’t compete, you try to shut down the debate.

The Blaska Policy Werkes suggests a multi-racial and ripped security team be ready to hustle the hustlers off to the police, trespassing complaint in hand. As Ronald Reagan said, I paid for that microphone. And got the permit. You’re not going to guilt-trip Ben Carson or Marco Rubio or, for that matter, Scott Walker.

Which is what Black Lives Matter is all about. BLM continues to supplicate at the exhausted teat of Big Gummint. What are YOU going to do, Mr. Socialist running as a Democrat, that 50 years of Great Society liberalism has failed to do? Hillary and Bernie’s response so far — free college!

It is interesting to see Black Lives Matter doing the same thing to Bernie Sanders that the Brown Shirt did to Communist speakers in Germany in the 30's.

It is also interesting to see Blaska decry "Big Gummint", while standing silent as the walker administration, assisted by Tiffany, Vos, Fitz, etc., take away local powers at every opportunity.

Being the target of a guilt trip, assuming it comes from an approved source (e.g., an aggrieved minority) is to liberals what a trip to Disneyland is for the rest of us. It gives them the perfect opportunity to engage in their favorite secular sacrament: confession of sin (and racism, real or perceived, is the Sin of Sins), absolution, and penance (which usually takes the form of more free stuff and/or special privileges for the aggrieved). I would have been amazed if Comrade Bernie had done anything other than prostrate himself before the BLM thugs.

Come on Blaska. Deep down you are a social justice warrior and a BLM cheerleader.

Is there any other way to explain your support for racially segregated schools that would invariably funnel big government money to organized blackness, like the Urban League and your pal Kaleem "Accounting Irregularities" Caire?

I'm not fooled by this post at all.

- "Citizen Dave's Remington 700"

PS - 2.3 million for Paul Heenan's estate . . . without going to trial? Who signed off on that? (Seriously - common council? Soggy? I honestly don't know.) Get ready to see services squeezed and/or taxes raised for Tony Robinsons thug-pay-day. It appears Madison is all to happy to give that money away and reward violent conduct.

Uhm...wasn’t Mr. Heenan all of 5’,6" and 140 pounds; and didn’t that guy Heimness have sort of a history of inappropriately firing his weapon at a couple’s vehicles, beating a guy severely enough, that despite that guy not being particularly nice, a settlement was still awarded due to the savagery involved? He also a violated work rules 180 times in a surprisingly immature fashion for someone tasked with making decisions about lethal force ( 180 that we know about) and no one bothered to with do anything about it...for years.

Frankly, I think they might have lost the case, if someone pointed out that Heimness could have avoided shooting Heenan simply by walking away; or by pushing him on his butt, or slapping him on the side of the head with his weapon, or maybe bothering to announcing that he was a police officer.

How Blogs Werk 101: Blaska says liberals shut down the Special Olympics, Liberals say they didn't and it was just a press conference. Repeat ad infinitum, ad nauseum. But mostly nauseum.

That's a lot of deaths. Way too many. But why compare to Vietnam? Was Vietnam a 33 year war?

Graffiti damages property, so that doesn't work. A ransom note isn't anything unless it's accompanied by the crime of kidnapping. And jaywalking? How is that anything like panhandling? Your comparisons stink, blogger!

Anon 2:06PM:

What will you have to say when the Robinson payoff is 2 or 3 times that of Heenan (which it is likely to be) - after all the city "despite the cries of a grieving community, the authorities...have endorsed defendant Kenny's actions..."?

And the libbies still have not answered the question, What is the difference between a Socialist and a Democrat?

They do seem to be merging into the same entity, now that Hillary is straining herself at stool to emit more giveaways to compete with Bernie...
