PrintEdgewater renovation leads to temporary layoffs
As work begins on Edgewater Hotel renovations in Madison, 65 employees will be temporarily laid off for well over a year. The hotel begins a $98 million facelift in October, and work is scheduled to continue through mid-2014. At that point, the developer expects the new hotel to offer 250 permanent jobs.
