T. Wall project delayed again

The Madison Plan Commission failed to approve the latest iteration of a mixed-use project from T. Wall Enterprises for the triangular corner of South Fish Hatchery Road and Park Street, citing concerns ranging from parking to the amount of green space.

Peloton Place Residences would include 162 apartments, about 12,000 square feet of commercial space, and five live-work residences, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

The commission decided to push any decision back to allow changes to be further addressed.

What is the difference between and apartment and a live-work residence? Aren't all apartments and houses potentially these days work environments.
Renting a small room living in it and working in it !
