Wearing what you read

READ(y) to Wear is a paper-inspired benefit fashion show hosted by local nonprofit Madison Reading Project. Madison Reading Project provides literacy programs for underserved children in South Central Wisconsin. The goal of the event is to raise awareness and funds for their programs and enable them to purchase new books for children in their partnering programs. This year's show was held at the Madison Concourse Hotel with 11 teams participating. Each team showcased their creative designs in front of 250 attendees. A panel of six judges decided the category winners. New this year, the audience decided which team would win the title of 2018 READ(y) to Wear Design.
