Johnson sees future for Sam’s Club building

With the Sam’s Club on Madison’s far west side closing, Michael Johnson, president and CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County, has asked Arkansas-based Walmart to consider donating the building to his nonprofit so it can be converted into a sports and regional job-training facility.

Home sales rebound in October

According to the Wisconsin REALTORS Association, statewide existing home sales increased 4.9% in October compared to October 2016, but a tight inventory continues to drive median prices higher, now at $175,000.

Kwik Trip has big expansion plans
